A Heartfelt Letter to Families Regarding
 The Second Coming of Christ

Dear friends shared this letter that they sent to their children and grandchildren.  They sent it with love and concern regarding their family's readiness for the Second Coming of Christ..  Upon our request, they graciously allowed us to share their letter with partners and friends of this ministry.  

Is your family ready for Jesus' return?  Perhaps after reading their letter, you will feel compelled to write your own family a similar letter.

"Dear Loved Ones,

We have been thinking about writing this letter for some time.  It is on a very serious and important subject, and we hope this letter will be received in the same spirit of love with which it is written.

It will come as no surprise to hear that we hold to the traditional belief that the Lord Jesus Christ will one day return for all believers.  This belief is based on the words of Jesus himself as documented in the bible.  We understand that unless you believe the bible to be the inspired Word of God, that hearing quotes from the Bible will have little impact.  However, there are many apologetic books written by experts in the field of ancient history, ancient manuscripts, ancient literature, ancient archeology, etc. that confirm the accuracy of the Bible.

As the heads of the family, we feel both a desire and duty to share what we consider to be spiritual facts and beliefs with you.  We know the church has predicted the return of Christ throughout history, but it has only been since 1948 that all of the prophecies concerning His return have been fulfilled.  God always does what He says He will do.  He said that when Israel becomes a nation again, the generation which is living at that time will not pass away before they see the coming of the Lord.  (We are presently that generation.  Biblically, a generation is considered to be 70 years).  The Jews were dispersed throughout the world in AD 70 and did not possess that homeland again until 1948.  Now the "stage is set" for His imminent return.

Some prophecy experts say that there are 167 clues in the Bible predicting the coming of the Lord.  We list eight of the most recognizable:

1.  Israel's rebirth
2.  Plummeting morality
3.  Famines, violence and wars
4.  Increase in earthquakes, tornadoes and hurricanes
5.  Explosion of travel and education
6.  Explosion of cults and the occult
7.  Establishing a world currency and the new world order
8.  Increase in both apostasy and faith at the same time

All of the above have happened and all the well-known prophecy experts are declaring and we are in agreement with them that "He is at the door."

The above was written in love and not to cause any fear but rather that we all be prepared to meet Him.  It will be a glorious time.
